NBCFAE Foundation exists to advance educational achievement, professional training, and leadership development in aviation-related careers by providing scholarships, mentorship, and aviation career camps that expose students to opportunities in the aviation industry while strengthening and developing the membership of the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees.
